"To practice as a pharmacist in the UK, a candidate should have a satisfactory knowledge of the English language, which is also a requirement of the registration procedure. An application should be made to the Adjudicating Committee and should include an English Language Competency Test Result certificate, such as the copy of the International English Language Testing System Test Report Form.
A minimum score of Academic level 7 in the overall band test result, should be scored. English Language competency tests are conducted by the University of Cambridge – Local Examinations Syndicate and by the British Council."

After checking the requirements of U.K.& Australia,an overall score of band 7 at the academic level of IELTS is a minimum requirement for foriegn pharmacist candidates, not 8.
