Hi to all test takers! I would like to ask your opinion about which Testing Center here in Manila that has best facilities, nice proctors, convenient place and not too strict with regulations inside the testing site. I am looking forward for a TSE exam this cominng February and I would like to know whict test center I could register best. Thank a lot guys!
