1.John woke up from bed after the alarm rang 3 times . He had a very long dream.It was something like this.It was a Monday morning around 7 o clock. and he was still in his bed fast asleep .He felt that he could notwake up to the alarm which he set at 7o clock..Around 8 o clock john telephone rang and he suddenly woke up to answer that call. He realized that he overslept.He hurriedly left home to office but unfortunately he could not reach office on time as he missed his bus on the way, This has upset his boss.
There are advantages and disadvantages of working for a fixed time frame or flexible time frame. The Advantage of working in a fixed time frame is that everything is planned from morning to evening but the disadvantage is that you cannot do some personal work during the office hours. On the other hand the main advantage of working at a flexible time allows you to plan both your personal and official work .You have the freedom of doing work but the disadvantage is that there is a lot of deviation from work especially when doing an important project.
In my opinion a persons career will be affected if one doesn’t take up leisure activities like music, movie or games because careers are quite stressful tiring and quite disturbing.
We all know that our careers are quite stressful and if we pick up the habit of listening to good music that will be a good stress reliver.Similarly our careers some time leads us into so much depression and the best solution to keep away from that is get involved in games or sporting activity.
So I strongly feel that one has to take up the leisure activities like music and games so that it doesn’t affect the career.
Buying a product is a decision influenced either through media or through friends. Both has its own advantages and disadvantages.
Products normally advertised through a media like newspapers and television have an advantage that it gives all the details of the product and also the price comparisons but it does not give the problems associated with the product.
On the other hand a product recommended by friend would be more appropriate because he or she has used the product and is completely aware of the pros and cons associated with it.
This Bar graph talks about time spent by various students between two different age groups.
From this graph we can clearly understand that among the age group of 8-13 are utilizing internet to play games most of the time as compared to that of homework
On the other hand age group between 13-17 are spending more time on home work and emails
Internet has an access to unlimited knowledge of which some is useful and some is not.In my opinion I would allow the children to utilize the internet to access certain education and information related sites which would enhance their knowledge and skills. In addition to that I would also allow them to communicate through emails as they would be living in a new world of information and technology in future.
Hello Smith I understand that you are going to deliver a presentation to large group at the university hall and looks like you are not confident about that. Well I would suggest that you should really focus on what you are talking rather than looking at the crowd. That will reduce your stage fear. Secondly practise and rehearse in front of a mirror before the actual presentation. You have a pretty good communication skills and body language with the help of which you will give a very good presentation.

Hello Smith here is an update on the replacement of the old furniture in our office. So far what has been done is that we have thoroughly looked into our inventory and checked the furniture that have to be changed. Accordingly we are going to place an order for new furniture tomorrow. Once the new furniture order is confirmed for delivery we will inform the local charity to come and pick up the old furniture.

1)Kathryn was about to conduct a business presentation at Holiday inn. Before starting the presentation she opened her briefcase to pull out some printed material. The moment she opened her briefcase she found that there was no printed material and realized that she forgot at her office. She immediately called her secretary and asked her to deliver the printed material at the holiday in as soon as possible..Scretary quickly responded to that and she got the printed material on time.
2)I would prefer printed material than hand written notes because they more legible and organized in single sheet. Notes are very important during a presentation. They will assist the speaker to deliver the right word to recollect and convey to the audiance.When such notes are in print format they are more clear and makes the presenter easy to understand the letters where as in handwritten format the words are mixed up and are hard to recollect by the speaker.
5)This bar graph talks about the usage of Lake view resort for business and recreation facilities.
From this graph we can understand that Lake view resort has been used for mostly recreation facilities than compared to businees meetings. One of the main reasons for using for recreational purpose is because of its location in the natural surroundings and beautiful lake around it.
6)Amusement park and Economic centre both provide good revenue to the government. Given a choice I would construct an economic centre.Because of changes in recent trade policies there are lot of multinational companies pouring in their money in this country.It would be idea if we construct an economic centre where in we can bring all the companies under one roof.
7)Thank you John for the Lunch invitation. With this new location and new position I was extremely busy that I did not pay much attention to you. I understand that Business lunch with new colleague is great place to learn about ones nature. But I would prefer that some know me by the experience and expertise I have at the work place. I hope you would understand and take this in the right spirit and post pone our lunch session to some other date.
