    more experience
    potential is tested
    company gets a new blend of leadership

    Disadvantage:
    co-employees may question leadership
    adjustment to new leadership

    I'm really sorry and that's all i can say for now...

    may is my last test for tse, and i have IELTS on june, but i promise to help you guys on your june TSE test.
