procedure for rescoring

please help me out, wuts the procedure for rescoring and how much we have to pay for it.

Please download the tse buletin in www.ets.org/tse and you can find a rescoring form in it. Print this form and complete it. You can write your credit card number on it and you will be charged $50 for rescoring if your score has no change after rescoring. Just fax it to ets and you can call ets one week later to see whether they get it or not.
