Dear All,

I read the following from TSE site:

The TSE is phasing in a new method of delivering the test over the telephone via Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technology. Instead of using headsets and cassette recorders, the test will be conducted over the telephone using a secure and advanced technology.

Is there any advantage by taking the exam via IVR? If anyone knows more abount this, please help!
