lol5561 Posted July 5, 2008 Share Posted July 5, 2008 I don't understand why ETS don't open all the TSE centers till the paper and CBT Toefl based is completely phased out. I think it's pregorative right of an individuals to sit for the existing tests. I could see there are only four centers through out USA. In my opinion, if ETS have TSE facilities then they should be avialable for everybody in an easy and convienent way. Therefore i believe that ETS should open all the TSE center till it is completely phased out. I hope ETS will consider this seriously.
