Some people believe that a college university education should be available to all students. Others believe that higher education should be available only to good students. Discuss these views. Which view do you agree with? Explain why.

Education is essential for all people.Although some people believe that a college university education should be available to all students while others argue that only students who deserve and have enough background should be able to get higher education.As I am a university student, i totally agree with that only good students should be able to take a higher education.I will illustrate the following reasons to support my point of view.
Firstly, although everyone need to be educated, education requires some diciplines such as hard-working, being patient and especially enough background. Background is a primary part of education. Since education level becomes higher appositionally. For instance, one of my classmates had a big problems to understand integral calculus which is one of the difficult math topic. Then he started to feel himself upset because all class mates was thinking of him as a spanghewing meshuggener. Actually, he had not a sufficient background of derivation of functions that is essential to solve integral based problems.It is the reason that is hiden beyond his failure.
Secondly, being a university student also requires a cultural background since you will meet lots of people there and you must gain a respect among them. You should know how to talk with people and express them with your thoughts.So everyone can not be able to perform like this. Maybe you have not any problems in your courses, but it does not make your knowledge be accepted without respect.
Lastly, a higher education has a minimum level and students who want to take education must provide this level.Then higher education starts to make this level upper.So hardly anyone can say that every students have the minimum level of prerequisite of higher education.For example, in my country, after secondary school, students must take an exam whose aim is to classfiy students due to their education level.Then according to exam results,some of them are available to higher schools and others can not continue their education because of their unsufficient scores to get higher education in the exam.
In conclusion taking into account all reasons and examples stated above, I would like to accentuate that education is essential if its requirements are supplied by students.However there is no rule that everyone must be educated,all group of people should be aware that how important education is.
