Topic: Some people prefer to finish a project completely before starting another. Others prefer to do two or several projects at the same time. Which way would you prefer?
Being an engineer for about 2 years gives me an experience that when we focus our best on one project one time to finish it completely, the final result will be greatly better than (that we get) when sharing our effort and resources on many projects at the same time.
There are many relating limitations that we have to face when we conduct a project.
à There are many constraints or limitations relating to the process to make a project.
First is (about) the ability of individual.
Everyone has a special skill in some fields which gives them the best quality to do a work. They also have the same amount of time to live and to work as the others.
à Reorder: People can only work in a restricted time. They have a specific skill to complete a certain job.
If trying to cover many projects at the same time, it is easy to get distracted(ive) by many factors belonging to different things.
à If they try to cover many projects at the same time, they are susceptible to distractions from various factors.
(And when people can not focus all their effort on one thing, they are likely to lose their track to the final result which they determined from the very beginning.)
à That results in the disorder, and finally, forces them to restart.
Secondly, there are a lot of things that we can get when focusing on only one project.
à Secondly, when focusing on only one project, people can absorb certain things.
( As my experience,) A project (will) contains (many) different issues (which are) relating to a same subject. With only one project, we will have chance to study deeply one problem (many aspects of a problem in a very deep way). It is obvious that when we conduct different projects at the same time, we also have chance to study more about many things, relating to different issues. But because those projects are different, the skills and knowledge we provide (have) will be just shallow and (do not) have no (any) connection to each other.
In another words, we gain quantity of things but not quality.
à In another words, we impact quantity, but not quality.
Finally, it is not always for us to have enough resources to conduct many projects at the same time, especially when working for a company.
à Finally, people are not always afford enough resources, including money and time to conduct many projects coincidently (at the same time), especially when working for a company.
(For each project, we are only assigned a certain amount of resource as money, human, or time to complete a project.)
( If we try to take over many projects, it does mean that we have to share our resource and split our concentration on different projects. )
(This will cause the efficiency of using the resource to finish the project to be very low. )
Comment: you said the same things in the second paragraph
Instead, you should give some examples here
[It will prolong the time to finish them all and the quality of final result will not be assured because we don’t have enough people to conduct and verify that result properly. This will affect the operation of entire system if those projects are considered the base for later plans of the company.] _abstruse sentences
In conclusion, focusing all the time, effort and resources will help to gain the highest quality of final result as well as give chance for each individual to sharpen their knowledge and their skills.
(Delete the words in bracket, please.
