Hello Erin,
Could you please proofread my writing and evaluate its score. Thank you very much. Some young children spend a good deal of their time practicing sports. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of this. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer. As everyone knows, a sport is the healthy activity for people, and children also gain the funny from the sport activities. In my opinion, if young children spend a good deal of their time practicing sports, they will receive the advantages and disadvantages for them, which I shall discuss below. There are a number of advantages for children to practice sports. Firstly, it makes them strong and healthy. For example, my two sisters, Bee and Ben, Suda like to play several sports such as basketball, table tennis, and swimming in every evening, while Ben does not. Ben often has illness more than Suda as well as she also has looked weaker than Suda. Secondly, the sports will give societies for children. For instance, when Suda play basketball with her friends, she should know how to deal with her friends. The basketball gives her the basketball player society. Finally, the practicing sports make children have new friends. For example, when children go to the gym and meet others children, who they never seen before, they will be their new friends. On the other hand, there might be disadvantages when children attend to practice sports. Primarily, they will have less time to take their homework and to practice the study from class. For illustrate, Susan, my sister, often did not take homework because she spent a lot of time to play her favorite sports. Secondary, children will not play attention with their class because they speak a lot of experience from their sports activities. As result, it makes the children drop level of the study in the class. As shown in the preceding paragraph, there are the advantages and disadvantage when young children spend a good deal of their time practicing sports. I, however, young children often should practice their favorite sports, and they also play attention to study in the class. |

Topic #130:
Some young children spend a great amount of their time practicing sports. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of this. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer. People often talk about benefits and drawbacks of the practicing sports. With regard to this issue, especially during the childhood, i have the opinion that the most representative advantage is the point that he or she becomes healthier and it is the most remarkable drawback that time to study is shorter. On the one hand, practicing sports is beneficial to children's health of body and mental. When children play outside with other friends, they run , kick, and throw. These physical activities enable them to be more strong in their body. In addition to this, when children play with other friends, they learn a many things about society: that is, the spirit of teamwork and observance of rules. These many qualities support them to adapt well to society later. In this manner, practicing sports with other children does not only give them a physical health but also enable them to be well-adjusting citizen. On the other hand, playing too much sports deprives the children of times to study. Childhood is very important time to develop language skills, capabilities, and many other talents. Too much time plays can prevent them from learning many basic skills, capabilities, talents. In conclusion, practicing sports has the both sides of a coin. One side of the a coin is that it helps children become more healthy, and the other side of coins is that it can be an obstancle to children who have to learn many things. When parents notice well this fact and they control their children's time, they can catch two bird with one stone: that is, health and study. |
