I live in a metro city which also is counted as one of the rapidly growing commercial centers of the country.Since it is a major hub of commerce in the country, some of the points are definitely attached to it such as increasing population coming in search for a job leading to expansion of the city and increased constructions,also leading to great diversity of cultures and increased industrialization.Besides this, my city has the advantage of being associated with great historical events and it is host to some of the most remarkable pieces of architecures thus making it a preferred tourist destination. However I feel that if we can implement some changes in the management and atmosphere of the city, we can transform it into a more appealing place.

As already stated, the town is experiencing more industrialization than ever.
The rate at which more and more plants are being set up, is alarming because of the kind of pollution it is producing. It is because of industrialization,that the rich,lust green forests near the city premises are being cut down thereby disturbing not only the natural flaura and fauna but also the beauty of the city.

But at the same time, it is because of this boom in factories that the economic upliftment is also observable, so I would like to implement still more flexible policies for the upcoming and existing industries so that more and more employment oppourtunities are created but at the same time i will implement more strict rules for checking pollution so that the economic development continues to go on but not at the cost of environment.

Besides this i feel that the youth like me today is more interested in living in a modern city blended with some cultural background. For this, the historic places in my city must be well taken care of and on the other hand more and more amusement parks and shopping malls should be constructed so that it feels for the youth like me to be living in a hot and happening city.

Lastly, I would like to establish more professional educational centers in my city so that students dont have to leave this city just for the inadequate education services present here.The education centers should provide more flexibility in offering course contents.

These are the changes which i feel would be important to implement if the city has to be more appealing to people like me.
