need help in selecting universities

Hi,

I am applying for a masters degree in comp. science with an interest in AI. My gre score is 1390(Q 800 V 590 AWA 5.0). My undergraduate gpa is 6.78/10 and I am from The National Institute of Technology, Warangal. I havent published any papers. I am planning to apply to the following universities and I wanted people's opinions on chances of admission.

1. UC Davis
2. UC Irvine
