HSN just joined TestMagic.
UCDavis (Computer Science)
Currently doing MS and willing to do a PhD in a better school. First, I don't know if I'm regarded as "transfer" student or not? Second, how long would take me to know if I can be admitted to Davis or not? And how hard is it to get an admission in their CS department?
