Presently I am in India
I came to USA in 2000 on F-1 visa expiration date 2005. I completed my MBA in 2002 and in Aug 2003 I completed my OPT. Due to problem of not getting H-1 visa I came back to India in September 2003. Now I have got admission in very good university in US for another course starting in Fall 2004. My questions are as follows: 1. Will I have to get new F-1 visa even though F-1 visa which I got from previous university is still valid till 2005. 2. Even if I am have to get new visa will consulate people will give me hard time as I have already completed one Masters from US and now going for second Masters. |
