OK, so if you do not want/need a new visa it is OK. Just come on over..... but why did you apply for a new visa if you did not need one???????

Let me say more..... it does not matter that your application was denied. I dont even think the officer at the airport will have this information. But anyway, it doesnt matter.
The only thing is to know that the "old" visa is still valid. If it is, you are 100% OK. Tino

Oh, and one more :-)
I think your chance is very good. 1) You got visa before 2) Seems like you were denied because of missing docs only 3) You have docs now, so your case is different from when you last applied So if you reapply, IN ENGLISH, just explain that last time you forgot to bring the relevant docs like GRE etc.... but you have them now, so you have applied again. It is important when reapplying after a denial to explain that your application is DIFFERENT this time.... in your case you have new documentation. If you do not explain that your application is different, they will just deny you again. Tino

Oh dont worry about it that much. If it is comfortable you can say at the beginning of the interview..... or when u give the docs you can say it.... just when it is natural.. it is not that strict of a thing.

Usually not. They do cancel visas, I know people it happened too..... but it would be a rare case. I do not know anyone who had an F-1 canceled when applying for a new F-1.
I would not be worried about cancelation. Only worried about waste of time and money. Tino
