Hi....

One week ago I applied for F1 visa for master education but I was denied...

During the interview,the officer wanted to look my transcript and gre exam score but I was not able to show them because They are in my home

...Also I spoke turkish instead of english..Also the officer criticized me because of this preference.....

Now I have visa appointment on 31 august..what do yoy think that this time if I show my missing documents and speak english, Can I get visa without any problem?..

You can't predict what may happen in the VISA interview ... Just prepare yourself to every possibility ... Good Luck!

Did they deny the visa and give you a form indicating reason for denial..... OR, did they just tell you to come back?

They did not say anything...their last sentence is that you have no gre and transcript and officer raised her hand like that what can I do...then gave me my passport and standart deny paper...now I have already visa which still valid and they did not cancel my current visa...still I am thinking going my current visa ....

Tell me your history so I can think if your chance for the visa is good or not.....
How did u get previous visa, study history etc.... and country you are in etc...

and when does current visa expire?

Hi..
I am electric-Electronic Engineer..My country is Turkey...I finished my unv. on 2006.Then I went US with visit visa on 2007 and stayed for only 10 days....Then I worked until 2008...On 2008, I applied F1 visa for language and GRE preparetion and I went US with this visa and stayed for 8 months.....still I have this visa which will expire october 2,2009...also now I have I-20 which date is august 31,2009....

Ten days ago, Although I have valid F1 visa,I applied for new F1 for master degree but I was denied..but I called embassy, embassy said that your visa is still valid.....In the visa interview;

officer: if you dont speak english, how do you study master?
me: I can speak but I prefer my native lang.
officer: did you take toefl exam?
me: yes...(Then I gave my score paper)
officer: give your transcript
me:I dont have now...
officer: did you take GRE exam?
me:yes but I dont have score report now...
officer:did you work after graduation?
me:yes, in Russian and Turkey..
officer:after your master, you will stay in US?
me:no...
officer: you dont have trans. and gre report( raise hand like a little bit angry)

Then she gave me deny paper and my passport...

Under these conditions,Should I try enter US with my current F1 visa or should I go apply one more time for new F1 visa?

if I apply one more time, what is my chance?

Up to you.

I think, from what you said, that you were only denied because you failed to bring the proper documents (what were you thinking!!!???). So if you bring them it should be OK.

do you need new visa? When does your current visa expire, and do you travel out of the USA during school, or do you stay in the USA the whole time?

My colleague at work interviewed a couple of days ago, they asked him to show documents and he showed them and the interview went smoothly and got accepted. On the other hand, a few years ago, my brother interviewed, and he brought all the documents you can imagine and they didn't ask about any document!!!

So as Tino said, if you really need the VISA, then interview again and take your chances!
