L1B -> F2
Hi,
I am on L1B expiring in Aug 2010 and my husband is on F1,graduating in May 2010. Then his OPT will start and he has a full time offer which starts in July 2010. I plan to resign in March-April 2010.. We have sufficient funds 2 manage ourselves wrt my salary and family funds.

I know that after my resignation, L1B will not be valid, since I am no longer with the company.
So before giving my resignation, I plan to apply for COS from L1B --> F2 and after I get my receipt number, I put my resignation.
In this way, I will not be out of status at any time.
My question is :
1) Should we declare my husbhand has a full time job offer? or would that make us potential immigrant?
