OK, I see.... but change to B1/B2 means you can only stay in the USA for a limited time, max probably 180 days, and they may not let u stay that long. I never heard of anyone change from H to B. I am sure it is possible......
What do you want to do? You want to quit but stay in the USA? How long do you want to stay in the USA and what do you want to do here? Tino

Hmmmm..... OK. I get it.
So need a way to stay around until the situation is resolved........ interesting....... Let me look into this... I like the interesting cases :-) Tino PS: I will post something by the end of the week, or weekend.
