is there anybody can advise ?
I have B1/B2 visa (USA), Duration 10 years, Entry-Multiple It will expire in Dec., 2013. and I have been to states just one time in order to present my research paper in the conference .Now I want to go there for my phd program. This time, I'm little bit confused do I need to apply for F1 visa at american embassy again? |

YES!
It's a complicated thing to explain everything. But you can't study at any university, college or other institution without F visa. In short: you have to apply to a university, it will send you I-20, you will bring it to an embassy and it will or will not issue F1 visa. If you have any further questions, post them here. Renata
