Smile F1 student starting non-profit organization
I am currently on F1 student visa on OPT. I was wondering if I could form a non profit organization with three other US citizens? The organization will be based in California.

Since I graduated in computer engineering, and am therefore looking to be included in the position of Director of Engineering for the organization.

Will it then be possible for me transfer my visa from f1 to h1?
