F1 visa- married couples

Hi, My f1 visa got rejected twice for fall 12.( ms in cs) .My girlfriend got her f1 visa approved and heading to US for MS. Now our families want us to marry ( court marriage) in this month. Here is the problem- i am planning to apply for spring at the same school she is heading to.So will it be problem if my wife is in the US, at the same school? (potential immigrant) or My case will be stronger due to wife? Please need advice as soon as possible. Thank you.

As your girl friend is in non-immigrant visa, you can marry her in your own country but am not sure about the visa approval will be approved or not. People get married in U.S. in order to get settled there, that's why most of the visa's are getting rejected.
