Revalidation of H-1B Visa>>URGENT

Hi Folks

Thanks for your patience in reading this thread. I am currently in the US working on H-1B visa. My visa stamp has expired and I am planing to visit India next month. I have valid INS approval notice to obtain the new visa. Since the drop box facility does not exist all applicants have to be appear for the interview and be fingerprinted. Since this is an extension of the previous H-1B, does VFS or tts provide early than expected dates? I also have a surgery in the US in September..can VFS/tts provide early dates based on this situation..please share your Revalidation of visa experiece with me.
