Hello,Erin and test magicians!
I am sorry,I don`t even know if this is the right place to ask this question but I really need an answer or advice.I will apply for student viza for Holland university pretty soon.BUT I am in Germany right now and my question is can I apply for viza from other country,not my birth country(Bulgaria)?Will it be a problem thatI am on holiday in Germany and I want to apply from here instead of in Bulgaria?
