Name Mismatch in Passport and I20

My Name in Passport is as follows:

Surname: Singh
First Name: Varun Kumar

in I20:

Surname: Singh
First Name: Varun
Middle Name:Kumar

I have got the F-1 Visa also and in that the name appears as it is in the passport.

Will that be a problem?

Should not be a problem. Middle name issue is usually OK.

Problem is if Surname and First name are reversed.

Actually the passport does not have a space for middle name. That's why the
first name has been spelt as VARUN KUMAR in the passport.

Where as I20 has the option of providing middle name.

So i was just a bit worried as i am running out of time and leaving Indian in a couple of weeks.

In my passport the following name has been mentioned,
Surname:<blank>
Given Names:- Akansha Kumar

Now from this i assume that my,
First Name:-Akansha
Middle Name:-Kumar
Surname/last name:-<blank>

But while filing for H1B VISA my name was mentioned as,
First name: Akansha
Last Name:Kumar , since last name is mandatory field and it can't be left blank.
Hence in Petition my name came as kumar, Akansha which doen't match with name in passport (Akansha Kumar).

Will this create any issue during stamping or during my stay in future in US?
I have thought of applying for F1 VISA also, will this name conflict cause me any issue?
What should i do now?
