How long will it take to get the approval in california service center. 2. Now the current processing time for i-539 is shpwn as April 16 2008 for California service center. What does it mean 3. Can I go to Mexico or Canada and get my F1 vias stamped when my i-539 is under process. Any one else there with same situation. Thanks.
