For question3,
why the answer is not C?

The radius of R is: sqrt( (3-2)^2 + (1-(-3))^2 ) = sqrt(17).
Thus, I thinks that the answer of this question is E.

Question 2:
The perimeter of rectangle = 2 * ( RS + ST ). Then, 2 * (RS + ST) = 750.
RS + ST = 375
ST = 375 - RS
ST = 375 - 350
ST = 25 < 50
The answer : B

Question 3
According to the figure, we do not know how length AB and CD are.
Thus, the best answer of this question is: D.

Comment for Q2, it is really important to note which conner RSTU resides on the rectangle. If you do :

R---- S

T---- U

is different than if you do:

R----S

U----T

Q3

The lengths of the sides of triangle CDE can change withouth affecting the angles. Thus, there's no way to confirm AB = CD.
