The radius of R is: sqrt( (3-2)^2 + (1-(-3))^2 ) = sqrt(17).

Thus, I thinks that the answer of this question is E.

The perimeter of rectangle = 2 * ( RS + ST ). Then, 2 * (RS + ST) = 750.

RS + ST = 375

ST = 375 - RS

ST = 375 - 350

ST = 25 < 50

The answer : B
