Already posted this but not in specialized forum.

Please help me to evaluate my profile and advise with my list of schools.

GRE scores: Q:800/V:490 and didn't receive AWA yet, but I hope it won't be lower than 4.5

iBT- 103

BS in applied math and CS
MS in CS
in foreign not very reputed university. But I have good LORs (http://www.urch.com/forums/graduate-admissions/54193-computer-science-phd-please-help-university-list.html#) from my professors (they have got their degrees in good russian universities such as Moscow State University, Novosibirsk State Univesity) and they are good specialists in math and computational math (they have a lot of publications in Europe, Asia). 3-rd LOR (http://www.urch.com/forums/graduate-admissions/54193-computer-science-phd-please-help-university-list.html#) is from my american employer.

I have ~4-year expericence including ~2 year in the US.

Had several not so huge but interesting projects in computational math and in CS (will be reflected in LORs (http://www.urch.com/forums/graduate-admissions/54193-computer-science-phd-please-help-university-list.html#) and SOP (http://www.urch.com/forums/graduate-admissions/54193-computer-science-phd-please-help-university-list.html#)).

Published in regional level magazines and took a part in regional conferences but I won't be able to find and translate these publications so I am not sure that it will be counted as a publication and conference....

- please estimate my chances with following schools:
1. Northwestern
2. Purdue
3. ?
any suggestions?

4. Boston uni
6. Uni of Pittsburgh
7. Bloomington
-- have no idea what else but need more schools here... may be Colorado@Boulder, Suny?

8. IIT
9. Drexel
-- I think about NJIT, Northeastern also, please advice if I can add something else.

Thanks a lot!
