CPR 5th edition, page 255 Table 13-1 Major Neurotransmitters in Nervous system

In the row of Norepinephrine:
B1 = excitatory (increase cAMP)
B2 = inhibitory in ANS (the book says increase cAMP)

What do you guys think? in B2 should it be decrease cAMP???

Jejunum has more absorption and duodenum has more chemical digestion.

CPR is correct.

B2 does increase cAMP.

Pharm D are you sure about the duodenum jujenum: I think it's in the duodenum where we have the max absoprtion.

i also think it should be jejunum where maximum absorption occurs.

Plz check CPR p.89 Q.4: after peroral administration, drugs generally are absorbed best from: buccal cavity, stomach, duodenum, ileum, rectum. Answer is duodenum.

Most absorption is in the first 1/4 of the small intestine, in duodenum and jejunum.

Lithium is alkali, then how can urine alkalinizers decrease Lithium concentration?
