fafy,
do you mean 1/c- 1/C0 =Kt equation second order

yes fafy explain plz

fafy

Yes it is the same:
1/0.009-1/0.01=kt so you find t

Can you explain the Q.40?!

just undrestood it that the compound been hydrolysed so fast in PH 2 should be basic, and that Ph 2 is olmost a same like 3 just the medium is less acidic, so the whole reaction should been catalysed by a specific acid because the catalyseurs are always specific to the reaction.
hope it makes a sens. some times i make the explaination given fits my brain:D

Check this http://chem.pdx.edu/~wamserc/C430W98/7notes.htm
from here I understand it would be answer D and not C.

Ok just remember that:
specific depends on pH so H+ concentration
general depends on concentrations componds

hi fafy,
just see that the rate of rxn is increasing as ph decreases..what is happening when ph decreases...its bcoming more acidic..how by releasing h+
so when rate is dpding on h+ ..itis catalysed by specific acid.

if rate changes with ph and also total acid conc....then its by gnrl acid..as any acid cangive that effect

It is not what I said?

q 47 in the book .. how do we know ?

q 56 i looked it up in mannan`s but i didn`t get it
Cu.Vu/Cp=1400*100/2 And divide by 24*60 to have it in minutes
q 71 & q 16 has opposit info regarding K+ & the insulin Acidosis metabolic can come with Hyper or hypok

q 77 i thought i knew to solve such questions but i answered wrong could
any explain
Acidic diuresis increase diurese of basic products because they will be ionized so that they won't be reabsorbed.

equation for q 113 ?
Difference sale/difference price

Does anyone can explain me question 13 of blueprint. I think I really hate chemistry!!!

ammonia is a weak base and hcl is strong acid the ammonium chloride is unstable cpd almost is a gas can be easily broken and librate hcl and ammonia and the hcl is stronger acid so the result is acidic solution

Thank you Mona.
Still in the blueprint, about q.113: we should do (20-10)/(2-1)=10 no?
How do they find 2?!!!
