I have a copy of the first edition. Does anyone know whether it's worth it to invest in the 2nd edition. I know it's like $20, but still... poor students and such :)

According to the preface of my book (2ed), Dixit "revised the text very substantially", adding "a chapter on uncertainty..." ( etc). "Most chapters have been thoroughly rewritten, and many new examples and excercises added". He also said he changed his overall approach to his intuitive explanations from emphasizing tangencies to emphasize 'no-arbitrage' interpretations. There are the highlights of what Dxit said in the preface.

No idea whether buying the new copy is worth it.
