Hello everyone!

I am taking the general GRE tomorrow and there is one important question left for me:

Is the grading of the essays done
- always in the U.S. or
- locally where you took the test or
- on the same continent??

I know that my personal opinion expressed in the essays should not matter as long as the strain of thought, vocabulary etc are correct, HOWEVER no one is really impartial and during my stay in the U.S. I have found out that most people there have quite different social and political standpoints.

Maybe you even know what type of people correct the GREs. I have learned they are mostly graduate students, but there is probably a big difference between english literature majors, economy students and general liberal arts students.

Thank you very much for helping me.
