I just checked my online status for Vanderbilt and there was a decision linked to the application where I could click on the letter. I'm in! :D

If you applied you should probably check it out!

The link appeared under the application status on the home screen. It just came up today at some point. Maybe it pops up as they enter it?

Wow that awesome! Now you have a hard job of choosing between Iowa and Vanderbilt! I just called them and they stated decisions haven't been made yet, they probably wanted to snag you up before anyone else did...

I'm waiting to see what Ohio State has to offer...they don't make funding decisions until March 10th...

What is the link called? I see there's one called application status, mine only lists what items they have received.

It said there was a decision and was a link to the letter. It was under the application part of the front page, just appeared this afternoon.

Andronicus you're owning on the admissions decisions! Do you have a leaning towards anywhere??

I'm leaning toward UT-Austin since they are ranked highest overall (according to most rankings I have seen), but I'm not sure what kind of financial aid they will offer. However, the NRC quality and effectiveness ratings show Pitt on par with UT-Austin and OSU, and Vandy not too far behind. Also, I like the smaller size of Vandy and Pitt. Looks like its going to be a tough choice (unless I get into NWU).

Austin is an awesome city. I would vote against Pitt if I were you (my opinion obviously)...but I live in Pittsburgh now, and I wouldn't consider it an academic-city. It's sometimes a pain to get around, and on-campus living is not really in a good neighborhood. The buses are ok, but most people drive to campus, which is always somewhat of a burden...

What do you mean by academic city?
