Something absolutely unbelievable happened to me this morning! I got four offers: NYU Econ; Duke Econ; Columbia Finance (interviewed last week) and Kellogg MEDS (interviewed two weeks ago)!

This is THE happiest day in my life!!!!!!!!!!! Nothing more to say, SOOOOOOOOO Excited!

PS: It means NYU is still sending out offers...

Obviously, drop Duke econ like a bad habit. That's like a backup compared to the other schools you've been accepted to.

If I were you, it's between NYU and Northwestern. I would pick NYU. Just my opinion, of course ;)

I wish I had a dream half as good as your day. Congrats. You can't lose with either of those picks. Especially if your goal is to go private (assuming Macro, Asset Pricing, Finance is your interest). Wow, you got a tough decision to make. But that is a good problem to have.

You are the one who asked "What Wharton's applied econ will ask in the interview", right?
I was interviewed too. How was it?
Good luck with your other applications~!

Me too, not cool john, why revive a thread that's nearly three years old other than to just mess with people?

I almost thought I was in too! Thanks for the reminder.

On another note, I think TMers need to chill a bit - occasional fun is not bad for health!

Not only did we get "punked" by a resurrected thread, but the person who bumped the thread seems to be a spammer (posting only to promote the link in his signature.)

If this happens in the future and you notice that the bump comes from a spammer or troll, please use the "report post" button to alert us instead of posting on the thread. That way, we can remove the spam and send the thread back to the archives where it belongs. When other responses are posted, the thread will stay at the top of the forum since we don't like to delete posts that don't actually violate the rules. Thanks :)
