I am an International applicant too!

Same as for a US student, but you need to take the TOEFL is English isnt your native language.

A bit of an interlude here, but if you are applying to the Ohio State program, you will get quite a bit from the graduate program head about how there is no such thing as an international student. He actually spent two minutes in math camp saying that it should be "foreign" student because of the definition of the word "international."

I agree with him. I'm not international- I'm foreign. well, this contradicts my username... :D

Would you be an international student if your parents are from two different countries, or if you have lived extensively in many different countries?

Uh there is a metric ton of internationals here. Dare I say almost a majority.

To be precise: I am a non-US citizen (a developing Asian country citizen), went for a master's degree in the US in 2004-06, returned to my home country and now is applying for a doctoral degree from my home country.
