From this page:

How often can I take the GRE? (http://www.gre.org/textonly/generalreg.html)

Repeating the General [GRE] Test You may take the General [GRE] Test (computer-based or paper-based) once per calendar month up to 5 times in any 12-month period. This applies even if you canceled your scores on a test taken previously.

That's pretty clear, right? If you need further clarification, I wrote up a pretty detailed explanation at my GMAT site here:

How often can I take the GMAT? (http://www.wikigrammar.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=186)

It's written for the GMAT, but the same rule applies for the GRE as does for the GMAT.

But in your post, you write:

OR after the 30 days he or she had given GRE

Where did you hear that?
