yshimizu
Hi everybody. I'm taking my first GMAT test on Sept. 9th (yaaaay!) But I recently (well, three hours ago) scored low on my CAT 6 with kaplan (booooo.) Trying not to let it shoot my confidence, but now I'm not too sure I'm studying the right way. CAT 1 - 540 CAT 2 - 550 CAT 3 - 670 CAT 4 - 640 CAT 5 - UPT at the actual test center, 650 CAT 6 - 600 (granted I was so over it all and sleepy, but still! arghghgh) Some of the things I read on forums can be really out of control and scary! Anyways, I have two weeks left to go. This weekend I'm focusing on CR and SC. (Last week was math). My last week I plan on taking 2 CAT tests and 1 GMAT Prep Test. I'm scared to take anymore CAT tests now because I feel like it'll burn me out or scare me more! Anyone have any imput?? Puleeez. Oh, and I took the Kaplan accelerated courses in July. Test Taker
You should have taken atleast one GMATPrep test by now.Kaplan is not a true indicator of your performance. You can add 100 points to your Kaplan score.
yshimizu
Thank you for the reply! I'm planning on taking one GMAT prep test tomorrow, and another a couple days before the test.... thanks so much again.
