I got offers from these two programs. Just to give an idea Real Estate program at Haas is similar to its finance but it is not "exactly" finance. So one should pass all the requirements of Finance PhD as well as one/two additional courses but it seems that people are less important than the Finance program.

 

I am extremely confused where to choose. Any suggestion will be much appreciated.
