Dear, i practiced daily with a colleague especially speaking, and used to visit different web site including aippg, urch, and others. practiced cambridge book 4, 5, 6. Try to read more and more essays. Read Ace the ielts, insight into ielts. Make some notes for yourself for last day quick revision. I think this will help you. I am from Pakistan. Thanks

    band 7.5

welcome dear. for reading scan and skim is the best policy. do not read the passage, instead read the questions first and then look for the answers in the passage. in this way i got 8 band in reading. i am exempted from plab and want to apply for full gmc registration, therefore i did ielts. i am in Pakistan. where do you from and where do you live?

thats great. i am medical specialist in Pakistan(FCPS). on this basis i am exempted from plab. try with full preparation and you will get the required band. for writing you must read ace the ielts, watch youtube writing tips and make some notes. are you doctor as well? what kind of job are you doing there?

    RE ace the IELTS

from which website you found or downloaded 'Ace the IELTS'.I tried diff websites but couldnt found.it quit expensive 16.well I am not sure about current job situation here but my friend who passed PLAB was saying that there is good opportunity for Doctor. because of recession there will be 5% job cuts in NHS that might affect some jobs.I am not sure how it works for postgraduated Doctors.I met with one anaesthesiologist who was exempted from PLAB and got one year via and job here.
