Effective October 1, 2021, Express shipping service on Fedex regularly scheduled passenger trains will be suspended until further notice. The last date for accepting these shipments will be September 15, 2020, which will ensure all shipments will reach their final destinations before October 1st.
If I were you, I would probably contact the Canadian postal service. When I was in a similar situation, my postal service in the Netherlands lost my package, and I cannot track my international parcel until today. After doing some research, I became convinced that the tracking number they gave was not valid. The moral of the story is that try to choose the best company with all the professional conditions. Also, try to read some reviews of the customers who previously used their services. Good luck with your trip!
