Hi, i think so that toefl test is unfair, but if you want to go abroad and study at the foreign country you must study the TOEFL. Nothing change this. But on the otherhand, while preparing for TOEFL test, you must improve your not only structure but also reading, writing and listening so in this respect this test is usefull. (think positive- don't think money :( ) By the way GRE is worse than TOEFL :::)))) Good Luck....
