AmanKabra
Would a senior PhD member be open to evaluate my profile (applying for the role of PhD in Strategy Management at top US Business Schools)? --Aman Edited January 14, 2019 by AmanKabra Grammatical Error
StrategicMGMT
Have you taken the GMAT? Will you have recommendations from research active professors? Your profile is a mix of entrepreneurship and operations - hard to see the strategic management fit
AmanKabra
@StrategicMGMT I will be taking the GMAT in the month of April. Yes, I will be referred by research-active professors. Is a PhD in Strategy opportunity quite difficult to get with my current background? Depends on GMAT, letters, and where you plan to apply. You’re going to have to craft an SOP that really sells why you want to be in strategy.
BCB
I think it depends upon which programs you apply to. Entrepreneurship falls under the strategy umbrella at my university so it would not hurt your application if you applied to a program like ours.
