Submitting right before deadlines - question

    Sponsored Ad:
    Hello,

I was wondering if it's ok to submit an application right before its deadline.
Will the phd committee have already started and perhaps even shortlisted some students beforehand?
    Is there a disadvantage?

    Thanks!

As long as they have everything (application, scores, documentation) until the deadline, it's totally ok.
