NYU Stern Official Transcript

So I submitted my application to NYU Stern, and there's a red X next to the transcript. I only uploaded an unofficial transcript, but noticed just now that the website says they require an official transcript. Does anyone (preferably someone else who has applied to NYU) know what I should do, or how I can get an official transcript to them? Their office is closed until Jan 3, which is after the deadline.

Also as a side note, the application proof isn't loading - is that true for anyone else?

Update: I uploaded an official copy through the status portal and now there is a green check mark, so that's nice. The application proof still isn't loading though, if anyone else is having issues with that.
