    Oxford vs Cambridge Phd/DPhil Economics?

Got an offer from these 2 for their MPhil programme. I'm thinking of using these as a stepping stone for a PhD later. My research interests are in Macro and to a small extent finance (but primarily macro).

Which university is better for this?

If your interests are in macro/finance, then probably go to Cambridge for Giancarlo Corsetti.
