So I finally lose my patient and send emails to all the schools that haven't reject me yet, and I think I should share the information with you guys. Not very much new information but more like they confirm some guesses.
UCI - "First-round admission offers were announced last month, followed by a departmental recruitment event earlier this week involving those applicants who have received an admission offer. It is not clear at this point if there will be any subsequent offers made, but I suspect not. Decision letters for candidates who are not being offered admission are typically made in mid- to late March. We have not done that yet for Fall 2019. " (I would interpret that as they are done with offers this year.)
Caltech - "decisions will be made soon and applicants notified by the week’s end." (Probably like UCI, they wait a long time to send out rejections)
NYU(GSAS) - refer me to the Q&A website, completely useless information
BU - "We have not finalized all of our decisions yet—and some applications are still under review—but yes, we did send out first-round offers. We should have a decision on your application shortly." (FYI that was last week, so I would stay optimistic about BU)
Keep calm and everything will be great guys!
