Hi. I am an international undergrad, having the GPA of 3.8, but B+ in micro- and agricultural economics, and B in macro- and regulatory economics. So, is there any chance to get admitted with the scholarship to Barcelona GSE (UPF) or to ESS Bocconi. Can I pretend to any scholarship? I mean, is it worth of an application fee (60 euros for UPF,100 euros for Bocconi) to apply to these institutions. Just don't want to throw money down the drain
