i am sure a higher gre score will you improve your application a lot... however, i don't think that a quarter of courses at ubc will make a huge difference... you won't have time to get to know professors very much and your grades won't sign anything consistent...

i was hoping it was a funded offer, but i just received en e-mail from ubc telling me all i can get is a partial tuition fee... that's not good... :rolleyes: now i don`t know if i should accept ubc offer or tinbergen`s funded one... any suggestion?

I used to think the same and I was accepted at both. Don't worry about this right now, just apply to programmes that would make you happy. Don't understimate your potential as I almost did. :)

At least you are not like me who doesn't even know if I prefer macro or micro. :p
