  1. Honestly , I believe that if you use any source and study , in addition to practice on exams , you should be fine,so you will need to make a decision . Me, my self I decided at frist that I am going to use kaplan, because I liked the organized way of the book, untile I took the rx prep review course for free with rite aid then I liked their book because the way they highlight and stress on the important info.so you will have to study any sourse thoroughly , you can' escape any chapters.one of the things I liked about their review what one of the ladies said at the begining that whatever technique , you been using on studying , keep on using as it is proven it is working because it got you here.so good luck and keep coming back , till you make it.
  2. I attended the course and used the book that is my experience . I took the Cpje on 03/31.
  3. By God grace and mercy I have passed Naplex and Cpje.iam an Egyptian pharmacist graduated nov2003 , took the Fpge in June 2005, got the certification on June 2006 and had to wait untile October 2009 to get a working visa and started my intern on feb 2010.materials, I used for the naplex are the kaplan review book, pronto pass cards for math calculation, but mainlythe rx prep review course and questions and profile from the Appleton and Lange book ... Be blessed
  4. my advise forget about the american board now .unless u r a green card holdr . it is not worth it.u better try australia
  5. Good luck to you, brother.
  6. congratulation for passing the exams .u need to contant the nj board of pharmacy ,give them your address ,so they send u the intern application ,then the pharmacist who gone supervise the intern will have to sign it ,mail it bach with the score report & the toefl score. good luck
  7. ok, here we go ,the least intern hours r 1000 hr,NJ is one ofthese state but there is no many positions available in NJ. also they do not require social security number. * can take the naplex before the intern in NY & Texas. Ny is not a good choice as they recheck all your credits from scratch ,like* did for the FPGE. the 2 best companies * walgreen & CVS ,that what* heared. best in the way they treat their pharmacist. Rite Aid requires 5 years commitment which * find a lot ,specially that * stuck in the same place u start.* think the best thing to do if u got your certificate is trying to take the NAPLEX in Texas . so , your chances * bigger to get working visa with retail or even hospitals.that is all folks . good luck & be blessed
  8. It depend on the state u gone do your intern hours in.for example in NJ you can't do less than 25 a weak neither more than 40.
  9. They are going to mail you the application. You will have to call, give them your address. They will mail it to you. You don't need monik to get the application. Good luck.
  10. Hello my experience that I got my intern lisence in Sept 2006 without the SSN. Why you confusing yourself call them & they will let you know what is needed 973 504 6450 ask for monike in the pharmacy board.
  11. but at the same time u can take the naplex in the state of texas with out the ssn, so u already 2 steps ahead 1000 intern hour & naplex
  12. yep u have to call them & give them your address they gone mail it to u
