Wow, your stats (i.e. gpa and gre) are impressive! As long as you can handle graduate measure, topology and functional analysis, you'll be in good shape in terms of math courses. Of course you'd better take real analysis as well, but it seems not a must for you. So -- it will depend on your schedule next year.
I think your thesis and the LORs ragarding your research ability will matter. I'd also check the track record of graduates of your college getting in at top US econ phd programs to get some feeling, given that your degree is international. It could explain overall reputation of your college as well as your professors(' LORs).
