  1. Hi Everybody! Please send me a PM if you have "Weissman law book- A guide to california community pharmacy law" 8th edition. Thanks.:cyclops:

    Maryland MPJE

Please advise me, which sources should I study to pass this exam at the first attempt?
  6. Thank you. I took the exam on November 28 and the result was out on NABP's website on December 1st. Check the NAPLEX bulletin to find out if your state offers online score or mailed one. Good luck!:encouragement:

    Calculator !

It's clearly mentioned in the Naplex registration bulletin (www.nabp.net): "An on-screen calculator can be activated during the examination for your use. You may also request a hand-held calculator from the testing center administrator at any time. The administrator will provide you with an erasable note board and pen, which may be replaced as needed during testing. You may not remove the note boards or pens from the testing room at any time. You will not be allowed to take your own scratch paper or pencil into the testing room." During my last week's Naplex exam, it was exactly in the same way as mentioned above.
  8. Thanks Anna, I think it's a very useful book and it's better to study all chapters. As I mentioned before, my exam questions were from all chapters. ( Most probably you know that : math, diabetes, HTN, HF, dyslipidemia, Hypo/hyperthyroidism, Parkinson, Alzheimer, depression, psychoses, ADHD, osteoporosis, RA, CVD, ID, COPD, asthma, pain and controlled drugs are the core of the test.) Hope it helps!
  9. Thank you Spg2005! The exam was neither easy like a Micky Mouse course nor hard like a Bear course. It was quite fair. If you feel comfortable with all information in Rxprep book, try some Q&A to find out your weak points and improve them before the exam. Study the whole Rxprep book and don't skip any chapter. In my exam, there were questions from everywhere, a lot of fill in the blank math questions, complicated statistic questions (not like the easy ones in Rxprep). The most important thing is: be confident and calm during your study and exam. Good luck!
  10. I'm a mom of a two year old son, so you can imagine I rarely could have free time to study. Anyway, I read Rxprep 2011 book once (I admit that I have a very good memory) and then used "Lange Q&A: Pharmacy" , and finally those 120 math questions. The last 2 weeks I reviewed those references. Despite graduating from school 15 years ago and having a busy life, those books helped me to pass Naplex in the first attempt. I wish luck to all who take Naplex!:)
  11. Is green card acceptable as a secondary ID for taking NAPLEX at Pearson test centers?:shy:
  12. Does anyone know how can I get the University of Maryland's notes for MPJE? Thanks in advance.:)
